Slide scraper
Sliding scraper is one of the most basic and common form of scraper. The scraper is mounted in the four scraper guides of the rotor and is thrown radially toward the inner wall of the evaporating cylinder as a result of the centrifugal force of the rotor rotation, and simultaneously rotates in a circular motion with the rotor. The scraper scraping, the material is membrane in turbulent state on the evaporating wall, which greatly improves the heat transfer coefficient, and the continuous scraping, overheating, effectively restrain material and dry wall scaling. Usually, the squeegee is filled with PTFE, which is suitable for working temperature lower than 150 degrees. When the evaporation temperature is higher than 150 degrees, carbon fiber should be used. The scraper face processing guide groove forms a certain angle.

Two. Fixed scraper
Fixed scraper are the use of metal materials, it is rigidly connected to the rotor, the length of the barrel with scraper evaporation, rotating scraper and evaporation inside wall is only 1-2mm, high precision machining and installation requirements, it is suitable for evaporation, high viscosity and easy foam material stripping or purification.

Three, hinge scraper
The scraper is suitable for the material that is easy to scale on the heating surface, and the scraper usually adopts metal parts, and the scraper is installed on the rotating frame by the movable hinge way. When the rotor rotates, the centrifugal force, the scraper is pressed on the inner wall of the evaporating cylinder, and the wall surface in a certain angle of wall sliding, the material scraping into thin film, and prevent wall scaling.
