Working principle

Hot air from the entrance pipe with suitable spouting velocity from the bottom of the dryer into stirring and crushing and drying chamber, have strong shearing, blowing floating and rotating effect of material, so the material by centrifugal, shear, collision, friction and particle, strengthen the heat and mass transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger and more wet particles are mechanically broken down by the stirrer. The particles with lower moisture content and smaller particles are entrained by the rotating air stream and further dried up during the ascent. Due to the gas-solid two-phase rotating flow, the solid phase inertia is greater than the gas phase, the relative velocity of solid gas two phases is larger, and the mass and heat transfer between the two phases is enhanced. Therefore, the production intensity of the gas and solid phase is high.
